Eat Greens While Young

Getting children to eat their vegies is always a challenge, but new research points to evidence about the benefits of vegetables.

A study by Murdoch Children’s Research Institute found children who ate vegetables just once a week or less had a higher risk of high blood pressure and high triglyceride levels, a type of fat found in blood, regardless of whether they consumed vegetables as adults.
