People who had three to four ageing signs such as hair loss and fatty deposits around the eyes had a 57% increased risk of heart attack and a 39% increased risk for heart disease compared to people of the same age who look younger, according to a new study (The Courier Mail).

Consult your Naturopathic Practitioner for preventative health care to help you slow down the ageing process, balance your hormonal system, find out which nutrients your body requires and other health prevention measures so that you can prevent disease and live a long, happy and healthy life with high vitality.
